B.S. KNITWEAR established in 2016, formerly known as AUSLY DRESS (since 2005), is  professional sweater knitwear OEM/ODM manufacturer.

We occupy 8,000 sq.m. of workshop and office space with a workforce of 200 employees and a monthly production capacity of 250,000 pieces.

We operate computerized flat knitting machines ranging from 3G to 16G, alongside an independent sampling line to deliver efficient sample development for clients.

Located in Dalang Town, Dongguan — China’s well-known wool textile hub, we enjoy easy access to a full range of yarns and accessories to streamline production.

We offer one-stop support including material verification, fitting detail confirmation, as well as professional consultation on sample fees, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and preliminary bulk pricing.

Upon full confirmation of your requirements, our professional design team will develop technical sketches, accurate patterns and pre-production prototypes in strict accordance with your specifications. We provide targeted optimization suggestions throughout the design phase, improving production feasibility and cost efficiency while retaining your original design intent, to deliver practical and production-friendly design solutions

We cooperate with certified local suppliers to source premium-quality fabrics, trims and accessories, ensuring all materials comply with your quality standards and budget limits. A comprehensive range of qualified materials is available for selection to meet your customized demands for apparel appearance, tactile feel and functional performance. To shorten project lead times effectively, clients may opt for our in-stock material options to accelerate the overall production schedule.

We support diversified customized processing services, including embroidery, screen printing, private labeling, customized packaging and brand customization, to enhance the uniqueness and brand recognition of your apparel products.

We excel in efficient revision management, completing all required modifications within 1 to 2 rounds of iteration — a significant advantage over traditional manufacturers, which usually require 5 or more rounds of revisions to finalize sample confirmation. Prior to mass production, we will deliver pre-production samples for your full review and official approval.

Formal mass production will be launched immediately after your sample confirmation. Equipped with experienced skilled workers and advanced automated production machinery, we ensure high precision and consistent craftsmanship throughout the entire manufacturing process. Standardized production management systems are implemented to stabilize product quality and production efficiency.

  • Yes, we fully support both OEM and ODM customization services. You can provide original design drafts, technical specification sheets, or even reference pictures for sample making. All product details, including size, color and fabric, can be adjusted and customized according to your specific requirements.

  • Absolutely. Custom brand logos, woven labels, hang tags, matching accessories and packaging solutions are all available as per customers’ personalized demands.

  • Sample fees are determined based on your specific design complexity and fabric selection. Please share your design files with us for an accurate quotation. Importantly, the sample fee will be fully refunded once your bulk order is confirmed and placed with us.

  • We provide two sets of standard base sizes for regular styles. Additional customized sizes can be developed to meet your unique style and market demands. Please note that a minimum order quantity is required for each individual size to ensure production feasibility.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • AI or PDF vector files are preferred for high-precision printing and branding. If you only have clear reference images, our professional design team can create official printable artwork files for your final approval before production.

  • We implement strict full-process quality control. Professional QC inspectors are assigned to each production line to monitor and regulate production quality at every stage. A formal official inspection report will be provided upon the completion of all production procedures.

  • Bulk production will take 20 to 30 working days, starting from the date of pre-production sample approval and receipt of the deposit payment.

  • We support flexible and secure payment terms, including PayPal, Western Union, T/T (Bank Transfer) and Sight L/C.

  • We offer multiple shipping solutions including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery via DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. The final shipping method will be arranged according to your order volume and confirmed price terms.

  • Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design. Mixed-size orders with 2 different trendy color options are acceptable. We provide pre-production sample services for quality verification before bulk order placement, and the sample fee will be deducted or refunded for your official bulk orders.
